Session Cadence

Most clients come to therapy on a weekly basis.

This consistency provides the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.

As therapy progresses, we may reevaluate together whether a shift in cadence makes sense for your needs and goals.

Insurance

This is a private-pay practice.

I am not accepting new in-network insurance clients.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement upon request.

You can also use Thrizer to estimate your out-of-network benefits and simplify the reimbursement process.

Location

Therapy is offered virutally to adults in New York and Connecticut.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed sessions, are charged the full session fee.
